Sandwich Wrap

1 Round Tprtilla bread, Slices of Ham or Turkey, Grated Mexican
Cheese. Layer meat and sprinkle with cheese, place in a microwave
on high for 20 - 30 seconds until cheese melts. Roll up bread
and wrap in Saran wrap.

Peanut Butter
Balls

1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
2 1/2 Tblsp. nonfat dry milk
2 Tblsp raisins |
2 Tblsp. honey
1/4 Cup coconut
Sesame Seeds |

Mix all in a bowl and form into balls in the palm of your hand.
Roll in sesame seeds.

Un-candy Bars

Trim crust from sliced bread, cut bread into halfs and dry overnight.
Crumble crust and add 2 Tblsp. chopped nuts & 1 Tblsp. wheat
germ (aisle 5). Mix in another bowl 1/4 cup peanut butter with
enough peanut oil to make a thin dipping mixture. (you may add
1 tsp cocoa at this point) Dip bread into peanut butter &
roll in the nuts.

Tomato Mozzarella
Basil Salad

Sliced Vine ripe tomatoes. Sliced fresh mozzarella ( in deli
cheese case) Whole fresh basil ( produce dept.) Layer tomatoes,
cheese, basil on plate ( or chop together) Sprinkle with olive
oil & Balsamic Vinegar, Salt & Pepper. Serve with Ecce
