Brush filets with lemon juice and broil about 5 minutes. Mix
1/2 cup parmesean cheese, 4 Tblsp. butter, 3 Tblsp. mayonnaise,
3 Tblsp. chopped green onion. Sprean on top of filets and broil
for 2-3 more minutes being careful not to burn them.
Orange Roughy II
Dip filets into mayonnaise, and then into cornmeal. Lay the
fish onto a well buttered pan, drizzle with melted butter. Bake
@ 375 for 10 minutes. Serve with Mustard Sauce.
Mustard Sauce:
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
2 Tblsp. Dijon Mustard
1 Tblsp. Vinegar
1 Tblsp. Sugar
1 Tblsp. Dillweed |
