Strawberry Dessert

1 Shop 'n Save Angel Food Cake. I pkg. 3.5oz. instant vanilla
pudding. Fresh Starwberries - sliced and sugared. Break cake
into cubes and place half of it on the bottom of dessert dish
(truffle bowl works well) Springle with strawberries, layer half
of the prepared pudding, top with remaining cubed cake, strawberries,
ending with pudding. Sprinkle with toasted almonds, if desired.
Garnish with whipped cream and a fresh strawberry.

Strawberry Pie

Baked and cool Pie Shell.
Small Tub Strawberry Crean Cheese
1 Pt. Sliced Strawberries.
Strawberry Glaze (shop n save produce dept.)
Spread softened crean cheese on pie shell, place sliced strawberries
on cheam cheese, pour glaze all over and chill.

Bananas and
Strawberry Foster

Melt 2 tsp. butter, add 3 Tblsp. brown sugar, juice of 1/2 an
orange and 1/2 a lemon, 4 oz. toasted almonds, stir until bubbly.
Stir in 2 oz. banana liqueur, 2 oz. almond liqueur, 1oz. Grand
Marnier, 2oz. Strawberry Liqueur. Do Not over heat. Add 3 ripe
sliced bananas, cook for 3 minutes, add 2 cups sliced strawberries.
Serve over Ice Cream

Summer Spinach
Salad

|
1 lb. baby spinach...add 1 lg. cubed canteloupe, 1 quart fresh
sliced strawberries; 1 - 10oz. can drained pineaplle tidbits.
Toss lightly and serve with your favorite sweet/sour or poppyseed
dressing.
