3/4 Pound Green Beans (trimmed)
1 12/ Pounds Red Potatoes (quartered)
1 Sm. Red Onion (chopped)
1/4 Cup Fresh Basil (chopped)
Dressing:
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Clove Garlic (minced)
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
Dash of Worcestershire Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste.


Salad: Cook green beans in boiling water until tender, approximately 5 minutes, Drain and cool with cold water. Cook potatoes. Add Potatoes, Green Beans, Onion and Basil in a bowl and toss with dressing.

Whisk together all ingredients listed for the salad dressing

2 Lbs Fresh Green Beans (Bite Sized Pieces)
1 Cup Walnuts (chopped)
1 Cup Red Onion (sliced)
1 Cup Feta Cheese (crumbled)
1/2 Cup Mint Leaves
1/2 Cup White Wine Vinegar
3/4 tsp. Salt & Pepper
1/2 Cup Olive Oil


Steam Green Beans. Toss all ingredients together and chill

1 14oz. pkg. Caramels
1/3 Cup Evaporated Milk
1 pkg. German Chocoalte Cake Mix
12 oz. Chocolate Chips
Additonal 1/3 Cup Evaporated Milk
1 1/2 Stick Butter
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Nuts (chopped)

Melt caramels with 1/3 Cup evaporated milk. In a large mixing bowl, Mix cake mix with the remain 1/3 Cup Evaporated Milk, Butter, Vanilla, and Nuts. Pour half of the cake mixture into a greased 13" X 9" pan. Bake 6 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven, Sprinkle with Chocolate Chips, pour caramel mixture over the top. Cover with the remaining cake mixture. Bake an additiob\nal 25 minutes. Cool Before Cutting.

1 1/2 lbs. Fresh Tomatoes (chopped)
3 Cloves Garlic (minced)
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (diced)
1/2 Cup Basil (chopped)
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
2 tsp. Red Wine Vinegar
Salt & Pepper ( to taste)

Combine all of the above ingredients. Set for 1 - 4 hours. Cook 1 lb. Magnotto's Fresh Pasta, toss with above and serve.
