Smoothies

1/4 Cup Cocoa
2 Tblsp. Sugar
3 Tblsp. Warm Water |
1 Banana (Peeled)
1 1/2 Cup Skim Milk
2 Cups Frozen Yogurt |

In a small bowl stir together cocoa and suger, add water. In
a blender place cut up banana and cocoa mixture, cover and blend
until smooth. Add milk and yogurt. Blend until smooth. Serves
4.

Olga's Easy
Brownies

1 Cup Sugar
1 Stick Butter
1 Cup Flour |
4 Eggs
1 Can Chocolate Syrup |

Craem butter and sugar, add the remain ingredience. Pour into
a greased 7 X 11 pan. Bake @350 for 25 minutes. Frost while warm
with Duncan Hines Milk Chocolate Icing.

Chocolate Dipped
Fresh Fruit

12 oz. Chocolate Chips |
1 Tblsp. Shortening |
|
Melt two ingredience together in a double broiler over hot, not
boiling, water. Dip your favorite fruit from Magnotto's freshly
stocked produce section.
Idea: try dipping freshly peeled bananas then rolling them
in chopped nuts.

Nonfat Fudge
Sauce

1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Hershey's Cocoa
1 1/2 tblsp. Cornstarch |
1/2 Cup Evaporated Skim Milk
2 tsp. Vanilla |
Stir Sugar, Cocoa and Cornstark together in a small pan, stir
in milk. Cook over low heat until it comes to a boil, stirring
constantly. Cook and stir until smooth. Remove from heat, add
vanilla and serve over fresh fruit, cake or non fat frozen yogurt.
